A stunning mid 18th century large oak Welsh dresser base cupboard. Well figured oak moulded top above three frieze drawers with an arrangement of two further central false drawers flanked by panelled cupboard doors opening to reveal shelves. Moulded drawer fronts and fielded ogee pointed arch door panels with moulded surrounds. Flat oak panelled sides, oak drawer linings, brass swan neck handles, back and floor boards. Raised on original stile feet, retaining exceptional untouched colour and patina throughout. North Wales circa 1760.
