18th century oak console table from England. The top has a beveled edge, following down to a hand carved apron with nulling decoration over hand scalloped lower edges. The table is constructed with hand pegged detail, and is supported on hand turned and carved decorated legs in the front and simple legs in the back for easy placement against a wall. The legs are joined by simple stretchers and raised on hand turned feet in the front.
