Vintage Design
Set composed of 6 chairs with armrests by Ate Van Apeldoorn (Netherlands), in solid oak and original seat in patterned blue fabric, from the 60s.
Very elegant and typical of Scandinavian work, they have very beautiful socket details, with a very singular graphic line.
Very organic in style with simple, functional shapes, Van Apeldoorn’s furniture was often constructed with traditional wooden joints such as mortise tenons, without the use of nails or screws.
Completely removable, of great ingenuity.
The table that goes with it is for sale in another ad.
